Angstrem-T human resources are composed of graduates of leading field-oriented Higher Educational Institutions of the country like Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology (MIET), etc. 89% of our employees have higher professional education, 34% of employees are under the age of 35 years. In human resources management the Company is guided by the following main principles:

Employee professional development is a priority task for the senior management and a basis for business development. Tendency to personal development of competence is the responsibility of an employee, so a targeted social assistance is provided for the adequate training. We build our talent pool by employing those candidates who not only demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, competence, abilities to work in one direction with the Company to achieve its goals, but it is also very important for us to see that they have a certain development potential. When executive personnel are employed, the Company pays attention to a candidates ability and readiness to undertake new major tasks.

Angstrem-T makes energetic efforts to engage young professionals, senior undergraduates from MIET, MIPT, MEPHI, MSU and other Higher Educational Institutions. We support students in their practical training and in execution of their graduation projects. Young professionals who showed good results in professional activity are sent to pursue postgraduate studies. In 2011 27 young employees of our Company graduated from MIET Master programme and got Masters degree at the expense of Angstrem-Ts funds.

Angstrem-T makes efforts to engage professionals from foreign companies as well as professionals who have earlier worked at Russian enterprises of electronics industry. Many of our own employees have worked abroad at the leading semiconductor companies. Now they actively share their experience with our young specialists.

Our specialists get training at special courses targeted at mastering new technologies, equipment and submicron VLSI computer-aided design. A lot of our employees have been on training and internship abroad. We believe that it is necessary for the employees to acquire additional skills and competence in the field of integrated nanoelectonics and to keep improving them. Every year our employees undergo engineering refresher courses, take part in workshops and polish up their knowledge of foreign languages.
